Electrical Engineering or Computer Science for right brained person?
I am intensely right brained,and my parents are forcing me to pursue an engineering degree,but my interests lie in music and animation.I find hard to understand languages and I also find it pretty hard to understand math,especially calculus.I even do several silly mistakes while doing math. What should I do.If I should pursue electronics or computer science,which is more intimate to right brained students.
Maybe you should take an aptitude test. Then show the results to your parents, and see if you can agree on a reasonable career.
But ultimately, they can’t FORCE you.
It’s tragic that they don’t see that happiness is vastly more important than a particular career. Spending such a huge hunk of your life doing what you hate, and are not well-suited for is a guarantee of misery.
Some parents are blind.
