which choice is better mca r animation after bca?
now i m doing bca 2nd year……i want 2 quickly decide what i want 2 do in future so that i can shape up my future(carrer)…..plz suggest me whats good mca r animation after bca….if animation then tell me how can i go about it(whether i will directly get an option 2 go to masters degree in animation after bca r i have 2 take bachelors degree first in animation)
Most pople in the industry have an associates degree, most companies look at BAs as a really good thing. Getting a Masters is kinda overkill. When we asked our teacher, he told us that getting a Masters is more if you would like to teach animation in the future, and that sometimes whatever school you go to to get your Masters will teach you in a particular studio’s style, while a BA leaves you open to go into any studio. If you really want to get a Masters I suggest working in the industry for a while. The BA should have given you all the tools you need to get into the industry. After some time see if you still feel like its necessary to get a Masters.
How much time do you still need to for school? If you have a bit more time left, talk to your teachers, or adviser. Talk to them about what path in animation you feel like you would like to go on to work in( modeling, character animation, Motion Graphics, concept and design, ect.). Then they can help you decide a course of action.
